Happy equinox, as today is the first day of spring here in the northern hemisphere, and the first day of fall down under. It's actually really cold around here today, but it's been mild for weeks after a mild winter. It's still a welcome occasion, and I'm looking forward to opening Manstovia for the cooking season any day now.
