I'm gearing up to make at least one more batch of chili before the conclusion of winter, but we're in another spring-like lull at the moment that reduces my inspiration. There is cold in the forecast, so this should work, but the weather's been so mercurial this year, I better get all my ingredients lined up in advance to hit what will probably be a small window. Yes, it's as complicated as planning a space launch... except more dangerous.
