Our entire area is one big icy mess this morning as snow and freezing rain have teamed up to do quite a number on us. The bad news is that I've already worn myself out trying to shovel the mess, and what's worse, I didn't do such a great job, as some ice remains, and there's still sleet falling. The good news is that our wacky weather patterns continue, and it's supposed to be freakishly warm (into the 50s Fahrenheit) in just hours, so this should all actually take care of itself soon enough. But for those of us caught in this in the meantime, please be careful.
