The fact that I'm just getting over the soreness from shoveling show is a little disturbing to me, as it's a stark reminder I should be in better shape. Actually, should is the wrong word, as I'm probably in better condition than I deserve to be considering my level of activity. This has me thinking I should do something about this, though it's going to take a while to wrap my head around that thought, since it's hard for me to come to a conclusion of what to do that does not involve the word "exercise." *shudder*
