A Jet Racing Extreme demo for Windows, OS X, and Linux is now available on Steam, offering the chance to get in touch with your inner Wile E. Coyote by strapping a couple of jet engines to a car and launching yourself through the desert (thanks Frans). They describe this as an "eXtreme simulator."
