The piles of leaves outside have grown to the point where I must clear more of them today or risk being buried entirely. I would feel better about this if dealing with them would put an end to the project, but we have one magnificent maple tree that's ready to provide reinforcements, since it has barely dropped any of the 10 billion leaves it proudly sports. The good news is I no longer have to head to Pennsylvania with my brother to clear the leaves there, and since that usually involved struggling with the impact of frost on the job, I am way ahead of the game.
