Paradox Interactive announces that the OS X and Linux/SteamOS editions of Magicka 2 are now out of beta. This isn't mentioned yet on Steam, but the game page now sports logo for the OSes, and word is cross platform play is supported between Windows, Linux, and OS X. They also note the game supports Steam Hardware in their typically punny fashion: "In addition, Magicka 2 will run on the newly available Steam Box with full Steam controller support, enabling players to use a Steam Box in Steam OS to cast Steam on their friends (who may become steamed)."
