We had an interesting adventure this morning at the BlueTower as someone managed to let a little bird in. In spite of not actually being the guilty party, I am the house animal control officer, which usually just involves bugs, but the bird was also something I had to deal with. I tried opening a window in the living room and he flew into the kitchen. As I opened the back door he managed to fall behind a picture on top of a cabinet, but when I moved the picture, he flew straight out the door, leaving me basking in the glow of a job well done. This outcome was much easier than I imagined, and he wasn't in the house for more than five minutes, but from what I know about bird physiology, this means there are probably at least three bird poops to track down and clean up.
