Activision Blizzard announces the formation of a new division to support the burgeoning world of esports, saying they have appointed former ESPN CEO Steve Bornstein as chairperson and MLG co-founder Mike Sepso as a senior vice president of the new unit. The announcement covers the company's history in esports, and states the mission of this new division is to "build on the Company's competitive gaming leadership by creating all-new ways to deliver the best-in-class fan experience across games, platforms and geographies, furthering the development of its world-leading esports ecosystem."
