AMD support now offers new Catalyst version 15.10 Beta drivers for Windows (thanks AnandTech). The new drivers address a few issues, leave others unresolved, and provide the following performance improvement: "Ashes of the Singularity™ - DirectX® 12 Quality and Performance optimizations."
