Steam now offers Early Access to Epsilon, a first-person, squad-based shooter from Serellan, an indie developer boasting veterans of development of Shadows of Mordor and the Ghost Recon, Halo, Killzone, and SOCOM series. This post is a mission statement for the project, were they also confess to being the team behind the poorly received Takedown: Red Sabre, explaining that this game "is owned by a publisher who is no longer financially supporting the title." As for the game, word is it "emphasizes both team and tactics, utilizing covert surveillance technology and pre-mission planning for squad-based strategic maneuvers."
