I'm working on keeping on schedule as we get less daylight every day, as this always seems to have a significant impact on my internal clock. I don't know what the exact ratio of science to hooey is in all the talk about seasonal affective disorder, but it does seem possible some aspect of that is a factor here. I've had a couple of lamps in the past that cast the kind of light spectrum they say can help with this, but they've both croaked somewhere along the way. I can't really say to what extent they actually helped, but like chicken soup, they didn't hurt, and a lamp has normal practical uses too, so I think I will pick another one up and see if it helps.
