Head Start access is now underway for Sword Coast Legends, the first of three promised such first cracks at n-Space's Dungeons & Dragons RPG (thanks Dark). This FAQ offers all the details, and here's a bit from that:

Head Start? Head Start One is a way for DC members to become familiar with SCL and the campaign creation tools. This being said, it is still a pre-release product which is very much a work in progress. Many changes will be made to the build people will be playing.

Who gets to play during Head Start One? Head Start One is for Limited Edition Collector's and Limited Edition Collector's Campaign pre-orders only. This is the edition with the statue, if you did not order the edition with the statue you will not get to play this weekend.

Are there other weekends planned? There are two other head-start weekends coming 09/18 - 09/20 and 09/24/ - 09/29 (not technically a weekend, but you know what I mean)
