I'm suffering slightly with a sore hamstring since yesterday morning for no possible reason I can imagine. I didn't do anything strenuous over the weekend, just a couple of normal walks with the Gunnar-man, but I feel like I did more. The weird thing is that over a long span of being a serious softball weekend warrior, I only had a hamstring issue on one occasion, so I have no idea why this would crop up now. Oh well, it's a mystery more that some sort of major problem, and I imagine it will clear up on its own soon enough.
