The Terraria Community Forums announce that the OS X and Linux editions of the sandbox platformer are now available (thanks MCV). A new version 1.3.0.8 is now available for all platforms, and cross-platform play between Windows, OS X, and Linux is supported. They have a listing of known issues with this, and offer thanks to those who helped them get this out the door, saying: "A quick note of thanks to all of our dedicated Open Beta testers over the past few weeks - your hard work and patience has absolutely made for a better and more stable version that everyone can now enjoy."
