I busted out the shears and gave the Gunnar-man another haircut yesterday. This was just in time, as it was hot then, but far hotter today, so he's much better suited to be comfortable right now and through the remainder of the summer. Unfortunately, along the way I managed to snip off a tiny bit of skin when trimming around his ears, and I honestly can't believe he's still willing to be in the same room with me after that. But he's an amazingly good sport, and seemed to forget about it right away, not just forgiving me, but even letting me near him with the scissors again after. Just call me the butcher barber.
