There are Heroes of the Storm PTR Patch Notes for the new version of the MOBA that's available for testing as of today. The test realm now supports real-money purchases (which will transfer over to the main game), new Diablo III rewards, a new treasure goblin event, new portrait rewards, and more. The new version also includes the new Monk hero and the only map in the current rotation will be the new Infernal Shrines map, though they note that the new map will not go live immediately upon the official release of the patch.
