We're getting rain around here this morning, and I don't mean a sprinkling, this is a serious downpour. This may derail an adventure for the Gunnar-man, but I'm looking at the bright side, which is that the area needs it, as we haven't gotten a lot of rain lately at all. It's not like we're close to getting a drought warning, but the whole northeast is listed as "abnormally dry," so the deluge is helpful. For a real drought, here's hoping the southwest gets some relief soon, as that's a pretty large swath on that map painted with the "exceptional drought" color. Scary.
