EA is sending out notices to Origin users saying their Origin accounts will soon become EA accounts. This apparently brings no changes other than the rebranding and remessaging, as they say: "Your account identity, preferences, and order history will remain unchanged. You will continue to use this account and the same login credentials to access all EA games, web sites, and services, including Origin." This is not the first time they've done this, as there are many of us with Origin announces that began as EA Download Manager accounts, so in some ways this process has come full circle.
