There was some rain yesterday early, but I could have gotten my ribs in fine if not for the fear more storms would pop up, it just turned out they didn't. My plans won't permit me to make them today, and I don't want them sitting in the fridge until next weekend, so I'll probably make them during the week. This makes me wonder why I'm so averse to this in general... the ribs take hours to smoke, but it's a low maintenance process once it's underway, so there's no real reason to confine my barbequing to the weekend.
