Got a rack of ribs to smoke, but a rainy forecast puts that in doubt... Tomorrow is supposed to be clear, but I had other plans, and it's supposed to be about a million degrees anyway, so I may try to set up a patio umbrella over the smoker and brave the elements today and just hope we don't get the high winds that thunderstorms often bring. Heavy is the head that wears the crown in Manstovia.
