The Bethesda Blog has details on Imperial City, the first DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls Online, their fantasy MMORPG. The Windows and OS X edition of the pack will be released on August 31st, and will be included for those with an active ESO Plus membership. Here's a trailer and here's word:

Exciting news for all travelers of Tamriel. Today ZeniMax Online shared the first details on The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited’s first DLC Game Pack, Imperial City, coming to PC/Mac on August 31st, Xbox One on September 15th, and PlayStation 4 on September 16.

The Imperial City, the heart of the Cyrodiilic Empire, has fallen to Daedric Prince Molag Bal and now all three alliances must battle not only against the Daedric forces, but each other. Imperial City, the first DLC game pack for The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™, adds hours of additional gameplay featuring new areas, quests, enemies, and exclusive items for those adventuring on their own, in small groups, or with hundreds of others.

Imperial City will be included with an active ESO Plus membership.
