The Unreal Technology page has a new revision 1.8d of the D3D .dll for Unreal Tournament for users experiencing Direct3D problems who are willing to use a test version of the library that will be included in a patch they say is on the way quickly to "address any performance, networking, and editor issues people may have with version 425."
