The most obvious explanation is that this will be an official unveiling of the game previously referred to as "Project Y," a game to bridge the gap between Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. This was spotted by PCGamesN, who note that the site's source code indicates a live stream on Twitch may come when the timer hits zero.
