NVIDIA Launches GTX 980ti; New Drivers; & GSYNC Features

The GeForce website heralds the release of new version 353.06 WHQL-certified drivers for NVIDIA graphics cards, saying these are game-ready for tomorrow's official launch of Heroes of the Storm, Blizzard's new MOBA. They also say these are the drivers to power their new GeForce GTX 980 Ti, which they say is launching today. Finally, they cap off this flurry of news with the announcement of new G-SYNC features, monitors, and notebooks. Here's a new video on G-SYNC and word:

With the new GeForce Game Ready driver you'll have optimal performance when battling with friends, and access to supported NVIDIA technologies like Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR), GameStream, G-SYNC, and GeForce Experience one-click Optimal Playable Settings.

Game Ready For The New GeForce GTX 980 Ti

Today we launched the new $649 GeForce GTX 980 Ti, an incredibly powerful 6GB, 2816 CUDA Core GPU that's designed for graphically-demanding next-gen experiences run at 4K, on DirectX 12, and on high-resolution, 90 frames per second Virtual Reality headsets. Equally at home with DirectX 11 games, the GeForce GTX 980 Ti takes taxing titles like Grand Theft Auto V and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in its stride, running up to three times as fast as previous-generation flagship GPUs.

New NVIDIA G-SYNC Features

NVIDIA revolutionized computer displays in 2013 with the introduction of variable refresh rates, enabling gamers to enjoy highly responsive, tear-free, stutter-free experiences on G-SYNC monitors. Reviews are phenomenal, and gamers everywhere agree that it’s painful to play on anything other than a G-SYNC display once you’re used to the flawless experience it provides.
