Take-Two Interactive says the BioShock franchise is "really important" for them, though they have no announced plans to continue the shooter series at this time. CEO Strauss Zelnick spoke at a Telecom Conference in New York, and GameSpot quotes him as saying the series has sold more than 25 million copies, including 11 million units of BioShock Infinite, the most recent installment in the franchise. 2K Games recently teased a project called Advent which has raised speculation it will be a BioShock game based on its dystopian themes, but this is just conjecture at this point.
