In an unusually timely manner, I followed up on yesterday's talk of sheering the Gunnar-man's winter coat, and he is set for warmer weather. It's always a shock to see this transition, as yesterday he had a three inch layer of hair in every direction which has now been all but shaved off. He's a compact standard poodle, and weighs a solid 60 pounds, but if you had to guess yesterday, you'd have probably thought he was 100 lbs, while if you were asked to guess today, you might think he was more like 30 lbs.
