Vector Thrust is now in the beta testing stage on Steam, as publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer TimeSymmetry announce their early access arcade flight sim has transitioned out of the alpha phase. This post has details on how the beta differs from the alpha, and says they expect the game to officially launch before the middle of this year: "With Beta status, Vector Thrust introduces more features, more aircraft, more weapons and 50 missions. We have spent half a year in alpha but we feel the game is really shaping up nicely and with your help we will be on our way to leave Early Access in Q2-2015."
