Capcom Unity announces that Resident Evil HD is now available, saying the Windows edition of the survival/horror remake is on Steam. They also highlight the support for the game on RESIDENT EVIL.NET, saying: "Your RE1 Overview on Resident Evil.Net displays a quick summary of your game progress, along with a number of objectives that unlock exclusive icons and award RE Points. By logging into ResidentEvil.net Players will be able to monitor their own progress as well as check out how their friends are getting on in the mansion - the race for 100% completion begins!!" They also announce plans to stream the first hour or so of gameplay on Twitch this evening starting at 7:30 pm EST. Here's word on the release from Steam News:
