The NFL games were great over the weekend, and for fans of college football, there's a championship game for dessert tonight. That's not my thing, so I'll just be gaming with the mutants as usual. Sorry to see Peyton struggle like that in what may be his swan song, especially since I picked the Broncos to win. That ruined my chances at running the table in our playoff pool, though my analysis of the picks matrix already showed even then I'd have finished in second place. LastPlace confirms this with a Google spreadsheet laying out the various scenarios, and it looks like there are three different ways I can still end up in second place, but also a couple of ways I can end up next to last. But it seems like seven players are still in contention to win, which is very cool.
