Today will be the first real test for my long undies and other cold weather gear, as it's below 20°F out there, and the wind chill is at 5°F. A better test still would come tonight, as they are forecasting the wind chill to be as low as -15°F, but I'll probably forego that opportunity. Hopefully the cold weather won't daunt the cable guy, as I have an appointment for him to come by today and see if he can figure out what's causing me to suffer these little bitty outages that cause glitches in games and buffering in streaming video. These are very annoying, but also very intermittent, which hopefully will not overcomplicate getting to the root of the problem.
