Kalypso Media announces Waterborne, the first expansion for Tropico V, saying this will be released for their city building politics sequel on December 17th. As the Costner-esque title implies, this brings a bunch of aquatic features to the game, which can be glimpsed in a first brief teaser trailer. Here's the announcement:
