A Far Cry 4 Special Pubcast Happy Hour on IGN chats with Alex Hutchinson about Far Cry 4 and related matters. CVG notes that one thing that comes out of the conversation is that there are no plans at this time for a direct sequel to Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, the well-received 80s send-up. The good news is they do have hopes that they can provide a new release with the same element of surprise. "That's was what was cool about [Blood Dragon], it was surprising," he explains. "It was a great use of the Far Cry 3 base, and had an awesome soundtrack. But no, you won't get another one of those. But hopefully we'll be able to surprise you with something just as much."
