Just as that banged up shoulder I recently complained about started to clear up, I managed to sprain an ankle, so now I'm hobbling around. I had a couple of high ankle sprains back in my weekend warrior days that were so severe that this ankle usually won't even swell anymore if I roll it because everything in there is already all stretched out, but I got it really good this time. Still, this is infinitely less of a problem than if I pulled a similar stunt on a pristine ankle, so, um... yay?
