Steam News announces that Borderlands 2 is now available for SteamOS, and that Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will also be available on their Linux variant upon release next month. To celebrate, Borderlands 2 is on sale for 75% off. In addition, Gearbox announces the OS X and Linux editions of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will be released on October 14th alongside the other versions of the shooter, and the Gearbox Software website has a series of new Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel gameplay videos.
