Trion Games announces the headstart period is underway for ArcheAge, their free-to-play MMORPG. This is to allow Founder's to get first crack at the game, and should pave the way for an official launch on September 16th. Unfortunately, they also announce they've encountered some issues that are interfering with how the headstart is supposed to work. Here's word:

Greetings Founders!

We’ve determined two known issues with Head Start. Some Founders haven’t been granted their Patron status, placing them in the general queue instead of the priority queue and having gameplay impacts as well. Additionally, some players have also not received their Founder’s Pack perks.

The whole team here is working to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. The forum thread linked below will be updated as this issue is addressed.
