The Nevada Secretary of State website indicates that West Game's business license was not renewed after expiring on Wednesday, suggesting the Las Vegas-based developer may have closed up shop. West Games has been trying to raise funds to develop a survival shooter called Areal, and took funding in-house last month after their Kickstarter was suspended amid skepticism about the project's plan and the developer's bona fides. The Areal website is still online, however, showing they have collected $12,900.00 of their $50,000.00 goal. Thanks Rhialto.
