When I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee a bunch of years ago I surprised the doctors by insisting on general anesthesia because I was too squeamish about knowing what they were doing, compared to some who eagerly watch the whole thing on the monitors. Watching the most recent episode of Hard Knock on HBO following an NFL training camp showed a knee surgery in action, and I couldn't be happier about that long ago decision. The operation they showed was a reconstruction, not just a clean up as mine was, but even the clean up part was gruesome. I could handle watching it happen to someone else, but I would not want to have been awake while they were doing anything like that to me.
I see from a couple of posts that in pointing the way to the Blue's News ESPN Pigskin Pick'em Group I failed to point to where to find the super secure password, which can be found here. Feel free to join in.
