It was 45 years ago today that the Woodstock Music Festival opened up in Bethel, NY, which for those familiar with the area, is actually nowhere near Woodstock (which has not prevented Woodstock from remaining a hippie Mecca ever since). There are apparently anniversary events this weekend to commemorate the occasion, but no word on whether anyone is bringing the brown acid.
