If you are reading this, you presumably survived both E3 and Friday the 13th, so congratulations are in order. And happy Flag Day to those here in the U.S., marking the adoption of our flag 237 years ago today. My dad was very big on flying the flag, and had an actual flagpole at his country house, perhaps because we're related to Betsy Ross through his side of the family, though she may not have actually sewed the first flag as legend states. Anyway, we don't have a flagpole or anything, but I'm picking up the tradition with a flag flying out the window in remembrance of my dad and old Betsy.
Also, congrats to the Kings on the Stanley Cup. The Rangers were valiant, but ultimately outplayed (though the penalty that lead to the tying goal last night was pretty vexing).
