They outline the process and how to make sure you are set to enter and execute your order properly. Tickets go on sale for $199.00 each on this page on May 7th at 10:00 pm EDT and May 10th at 1:00 pm EDT (careful, Blizzard's page lists the wrong time for that second batch of tickets).
