TFC and Unreal Editing

There are a bunch of TFC prefabs on the Half-Life Editing Resource Center to ease the way for mod authors into the world of editing TeamFortress Classic. Also, Billy at VE sends word of another Unreal Technology page update, this one for mod authors, talking of changes in the upcoming version 224 that will prevent backward compatibility with older versions.
