The promised patch for the Windows edition of Battlefield 4 is now available for DICE's military shooter sequel, which includes a fix for flickering on multi-GPU systems. Here are the patch notes from Battlelog:

We've started tolling out a new game update on PC. Servers are also updating to a new server version (R17) [battlelog.battlefield.com].

If the game udpate doesn't start automatically for you, you can trigger it by going into the Origin Client, right clicking Battlefield 4 and selecting "Check for updates". Patch notes below.
