Well I managed a double-dose of dumb yesterday. With things slowing down for the holidays I ran some errands yesterday afternoon because for some reason I thought the Steam winter sale would begin today, and did not want to delay mentioning that, which is exactly what my miscalculation caused. My trip included a not-short drive to a friend's house where I ended up accidentally taking his mobile phone with me, since it looks just like mine, so now I have to repeat my not-short drive today to get it back in his hands, so it really would have worked out far better if I'd planned this for today in the first place. I'd probably be pretty Dr. McCoy (yes, that's now an adjective) about transporters if they existed, but I sure wish I had access to one right now.
