A forum post for the Just Cause 2 Multiplayer Modification announces that this mod will be released on Steam after one final round of beta testing, which will commence later this week. Word is: "On release, you'll be able to download the client and server from Steam, just like a normal game. This means complete Steam integration, including joining on your friends and more."
