Development of Timesplitters: Rewind is being handled like a mod, and due to rights issues this planned new game based on the Timesplitters series will be a free release. That hasn't prevented them from launching a Steam Greenlight campaign (thanks Polygon) to solicit feedback from those interested in the project.
