Today is the North American release date for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist, the latest installment in Ubisoft's stealth/action series. The Splinter Cell website has a day one patch for the Windows edition they strongly recommend for all users except those who bought the game through Steam, showing a lengthy list of bug fixes the patch includes.
