In an unusual turn of events, the Mets completed their season sweep of the Yankees last night. How unusual? It's the first time in the 16 years of interleague play the Amazin's have managed to sweep the season from their big brothers. To highlight how sad that is, we are talking about four games, so it seems like they should have managed to pull this off sooner. And yes, this also means it's silly for me to be so excited about this, but when you are a Mets fan, you don't get that many positive moments (aside from Matt Harvey starts).
