The Kickstarter for Face of Mankind: Fall of the Dominion now features a 15 minute documentary called "Face of Mankind: An Odyssey" discussing the evolution of this MMORPG from the original Face of Mankind. Here's word from Nexeon Technologies' Marko Dieckmann: "We have been working on this one for quite some time. It was our goal to cover the rather bumpy history of the game I have been working on since 2001, “Face of Mankind”. I can imagine that many have already made up their mind about the game. We have experienced a lot in the past and not every feature has worked out as well as we hoped. But we learned from our mistakes and can now look back to a multitude of experiences when it comes to building sandbox type MMOs with full player control. Full player control? You might say that’s kind of a stupid idea. Well, it comes with many challenges to say the least, but we have dealt with this beast for years and now we think we have found just the right balance between chaos and fun."
