The Flying Hog Studios Facebook page reveals that the Hard Reset developer is the studio working on the Shadow Warrior project reported earlier today (thanks Polygon). Their logo is now on the Shadow Warrior website, and here's the sparse announcement: "Our next project is finally revealed, we're working on a total reimagining of Shadow Warrior with Devolver Digital."
